The project team will be consulting to hear the views of the local community on the changes to the scheme.

The project team expect a decision to be made by Southwark Council about the application during this period.

Estimated committee/decision date

The project team expect to start the construction works on site in Q4 2024. These are expected to run for two and a half years.

The project team expect completion of construction to be at the end of 2026.
